Reid Postle

Before launching the company, Reid built his career working with two of the industry’s leading private aviation firms, gaining firsthand insight into both the opportunities and the shortcomings that clients often face. Those experiences shaped his vision for doing things differently, creating an advisory where honesty, service, and client trust always come first.

As both an entrepreneur and a licensed pilot, Reid brings a unique perspective to every flight. He understands the operational side of aviation as deeply as the client experience, allowing him to bridge the two with confidence and care. His passion for flying and his commitment to service led to the creation of FLY1200.

When he’s not helping clients or in the cockpit, Reid values time with family, snow skiing, water skiing, and spending time outdoors, as well as exploring new destinations and staying connected to the communities he serves.

James Love

James Love is a seasoned professional golfer with 13 years of experience competing at the highest levels of the sport. Throughout his career, he honed not only his golfing skills but also his ability to build meaningful professional relationships within the industry.

After retiring from competitive play, James transitioned into the business world by founding The Hanger Club, an innovative indoor golf facility designed to bring a new level of training and social experience to golfers of all skill levels.His years on the tour allowed him to cultivate valuable connections, and he continues to leverage these relationships to enhance the success of The Hanger Club, offering a unique blend of expertise, community, and cutting-edge technology for golf enthusiasts.

Thomas Papilion

Tommy is a University of Colorado Boulder graduate with a background in financial strategy and business development. A former Colorado Buffaloes football player, he brings a strong work ethic, discipline, and team-first mindset to his career.

He has a proven track record of driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and delivering results through a consultative, relationship-focused approach. Outside of work, Tommy enjoys golf, staying active, and spending time with family and friends.

Christian Weaver

Graduating from the University of Mississippi, Christian brings a passion for aviation and a love of travel to the team. With two years of hands-on experience in the aviation industry, he and the team are dedicated to revolutionizing the private aviation experience, making luxury travel more accessible and personalized.

When not immersed in crafting seamless flight solutions, Christian enjoys snowboarding and exploring new destinations, always seeking the next adventure.

Jake Chernin

I’m an aviation professional focused on helping clients find the right private aviation solutions for their needs. As Sales Director at FLY1200, I work with corporate and individual clients to provide flexible, transparent options and a seamless travel experience.

I’m passionate about building strong relationships, delivering value, and making private travel effortless from start to finish. Always open to connecting with others in aviation and beyond.

Nash

Nash leads Pet Relations at FLY1200, ensuring our clients’ four-legged companions enjoy the journey just as much as they do. From cabin comfort to pre-flight reassurance, Nash understands that seamless travel extends to every passenger on board — paws included.

Known for his calm demeanor and warm welcomes, he serves as a reminder that private aviation should feel effortless, personalized, and family-friendly at every level.

When he’s not overseeing pet hospitality standards, Nash can be found making his rounds in the office and maintaining team morale.

Geoff Bride

Geoff brings over 20 years of experience in private aviation, helping clients navigate aircraft sales, charter, jet cards, and fractional ownership. He has held leadership roles at top aviation companies, earning a reputation for going the extra mile and delivering tailored solutions.

With a background in finance and FAA Commercial and Instructor licenses, Geoff combines deep industry knowledge with hands-on expertise. Outside of work, he enjoys skiing and outdoor activities.

Boo Hag

Originally from Columbus, Ohio and now based in Jupiter, Florida, Bo brings a lifelong commitment of excellence to Fly 1200. As a long-time professional golfer, Bo was an All-American and Scholar-Athlete at Ohio State and went on to enjoy success at the professional level as an established player on the PGA Tour. Spending years traveling the globe to compete professionally, Bo has first-hand experience of the many benefits and expectations of private air travel. Bo proudly represents Fly 1200 on and off the course and is passionate about building relationships, sharing the Fly 1200 experience, and ensuring every client receives the highest level of service and satisfaction.

Joel Quackenbush

As a graduate of The Ohio State University with a degree in Aviation Management, his early goal and passion was to obtain his pilot license and immerse himself in many aviation-related fields. Working with two of the largest private aviation firms in the country, he has accrued 20 plus years of experience in private aviation service and operations and has built a strong record of reliability and expertise in the field. Outside of aviation, he maintains a deep passion for hunting, fishing, and the outdoors, drawing balance and inspiration from time spent in nature.  

Sean Stebbins

Sean is a native New Englander with a lifelong passion for anything with wheels or wings. With more than 25 years of experience in the transportation industry, Sean brings a wealth of knowledge, a solutions-driven approach, and a strong commitment to building lasting relationships to the world of private aviation.

Outside of work, Sean enjoys spending time with family and friends and taking advantage of everything New England’s four seasons have to offer. At FLY1200, he looks forward to providing exceptional service, earning the trust of his clients, and helping turn every trip into an unforgettable experience.

Brendan Doyle

Originally from Chicago and a graduate of the University of Tennessee, Brendan is driven and known for outworking the problem in front of him. As Sales Director at FLY1200, he works with corporate and individual clients to match each trip with the right aircraft, making the process of flying private simple from the first call to the last leg.

Brendan brings a hardworking, people-first approach to everything he does, with a consistent focus on building relationships that outlast any single deal. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, staying active, and spending time outdoors.
